SHIPPING

We ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping times vary depending on the volume of orders. You will receive an email when your items has shipped. This email will also include a tracking number.

WARRANTY

Each purchase comes with a 3 month warranty plan. This plan protects against manufacturer defects. It does not cover damages incurred by improper use and negligence.

RETURNS

We have a 10 day return policy. In the event that 10 days have passed by since UPS or USPS confirms delivery, sadly we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Because of the staggering interest and prevalence of our transporters, we do charge an expense to restock and take back your unit. We charge a 35% restocking fee. You are additionally in charge of securely delivering the items back to us in the condition that we sent it to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. We also require a receipt to complete your return.

Once your item has arrived, we will send you an email to advise you that we have your returned item. We will likewise advise you of the approval or denial of your refund. In the event that you are approved, then your refund will be handled, and a credit will naturally be connected to your Visa or original form of payment. The refund process can take a couple of days.

As far as exchanges, we only replace products if it is our error (wrong item was sent) or defective and damaged items.

You will be in charge of paying for your own return shipping costs. *Shipping cost is non-refundable.* Please ensure that you safety package the item well. We are not responsible for items that are damaged in the shipping process. This applies to items that are shipped back to be considered for a return. Please purchase shipping with insurance and a tracking number.
