  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders can take up to 14 days for processing.Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • How long does it take to fully charge?

    It takes 1 to 2 hours to fully charge the unit. Please do not charge for more than 3 hours. This could cause damage to the battery.

  • How fast does it go?

    IGlide Scooters top speed is up to 12 mph; however, this does depend on the terrain and weight of the rider.

  • Is it waterproof?

    Yes, but to a certain degree. Please do not submerge the unit under water. This will not be covered by the warranty.

  • What is the weight limit?

    Although we have tested the IGlide in excess of 380 lbs with no problems, the recommended weight limit is 290 lbs.

  • How far will a full battery carry you?

    Depending on the terrain, you should be able to travel up to 10-12 miles.

  • Does my IGlide come with a warranty?

    Each purchase comes with a 3 month warranty plan. This plan protects against manufacturer defects. It does not cover damages incurred by improper use and negligence.

  • What are the differences between the scooters?

    Generation 1 is the basic model. It has 6.7 inch tires.

    The TR90 is an update of the Generation 1 IGlide as it has 8 inch tires and a new design.

    The Generation 3 IGlide features Bluetooth speakers to play your music on the go and LED lights on top of each wheel. You’ll be riding along at a swift speed while enjoying your favorite music as your smartphone, iPad, and etc connects to the integrated Bluetooth Speaker system.

  • Why are your prices cheaper than the competitors?

    We get our scooters factory direct. This allows us to provide our customer with better quality at lower prices.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Paypal, credit cards, debit cards, and installment plans.

    We understand that not everyone is able to purchase an IGlide Scooter in one full payment, but that doesn't mean that you should miss out. We offer a two-pay payment plan for all of our scooters. The first payment will be paid at checkout and the final payment will be paid a month later. The total amount shown for the payment plan includes an installment fee, tax, and the shipping cost.
